These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the general use of Brothers Lawn Care, Corp.’s (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services, website, online booking, client hub, and communications. By requesting service, approving a quote, scheduling work, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services are provided as described in the approved quote, work order, or service agreement. Any services not explicitly listed are excluded unless agreed to in writing.

Service dates are scheduled based on route efficiency, weather conditions, site readiness, and crew availability. Weather-dependent services may be delayed or rescheduled for safety and quality reasons. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Late cancellations, denied access, or site conditions that prevent service may result in a service charge.

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to all service areas and securing pets, vehicles, and personal items prior to service.

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or declined payments may result in service suspension and applicable fees.

Clients are responsible for identifying and marking all private utilities, irrigation systems, drainage components, invisible fencing, and underground hazards. Brothers Lawn Care, Corp. is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, hidden items, or pre-existing site conditions.

Services are performed using trained crews and commercial equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothers Lawn Care, Corp.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Materials and products are selected based on industry standards and availability. Natural variations in color, texture, or appearance are not considered defects.

Service updates, invoices, and notices may be delivered via email, phone, text message, or the client portal. Clients are responsible for keeping contact information current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal action shall be filed in La Crosse County, Wisconsin.

If a separate written service agreement or contract is executed between the Customer and Brothers Lawn Care, Corp., the terms of that agreement shall govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

By approving a quote, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
